Our booking form does not store or send your details itself. When you press “Contact Us on WhatsApp”, the form writes a message containing the details below and opens WhatsApp, and we only receive them if you choose to send that message:

- event details — type, date, location or postcode, estimated guest numbers and any additional notes.
If you contact us by WhatsApp, phone, email or social media, we receive the information you share through that service. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
How we use your information
- to respond to your enquiry, check availability and send you a quote;
- to arrange and deliver catering for your event if you book with us;
- to keep basic business records, for example for accounting.
We will not sell your information or use it for marketing without your consent.
Our lawful basis
We process enquiry details because you have asked us to (steps prior to entering a contract), and to carry out a booking (performance of a contract). We keep certain records where the law requires it (legal obligation).
